Building an Inclusive Workplace Culture Together

The Hong Kong, China Business and Disability Network (HKSAR-BDN) provides a collaborative platform for companies and organizations to exchange best practices and access the latest knowledge on disability inclusion. Our goal is to support the development of inclusive workplaces across Hong Kong, China, where people with disabilities can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and grow with dignity and pride.

As Hong Kong’s dedicated charity for higher-educated individuals with disabilities and special educational needs (SEN), CareER is spearheading the establishment of the HKSAR-BDN and serving as its secretariat.

Building on CareER’s proven track record of connecting progressive employers with higher-educated people with disabilities, HKSAR-BDN is designed to bridge corporate strategies with practical workplace inclusion. As a local network under the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Global Business and Disability Network, HKSAR-BDN will bring global frameworks and local expertise directly to Hong Kong’s business sector.

Our Vision

To foster a workforce culture in Hong Kong, China that embraces, respects, and empowers people with all types of disabilities—visible and invisible—so that disability inclusion becomes the business priority and norm, not the exception.
