How we support your organisation
Develop a systematic inclusion strategy, strengthen your employer brand, exchange experience with peers and experts, and connect with candidates with disabilities and SEN. Engagement does not create an obligation to hire.
Training and workshops
Our 60–90 minute workshops cover disability etiquette, inclusive hiring and workplace awareness. Sessions can be tailored for executives, HR teams, line managers and employee resource groups. Please book at least one month in advance.
Business leaders: learn from real experiences, develop inclusive organisations and identify potential risks.
HR and line managers: build disability confidence, inclusive assessment and supervision skills, and support staff wellbeing and retention.
External stakeholders: explore universal design and inclusive customer experiences, and communicate your inclusion vision.
Accessibility assessment
We review physical and digital environments and employee services from a user perspective, identify barriers and recommend improvements. Office checkpoints include workstations, washrooms, corridors, doors, common areas, lift lobbies, parking, emergency routes and signage. Please book at least one month in advance.
Staff engagement
Connect your team with people with disabilities through volunteering, job-skills workshops, company visits and job shadowing with CareER members.
Content development
Commission informative guidelines, training manuals and disability inclusion reference materials. The scope and complexity of your project determine the timeline.
